Speech-Language Pathology
Judith Stebbins, SLP — helping children and adults in the Augusta area find their voice through personalized speech and language therapy.
What I Offer
Collaborating with schools across the region to support students with speech and language needs. I work within the educational setting to help children access learning through improved communication.
On-road and in-vehicle communication support for individuals who need assistance with the verbal and cognitive demands of driving. Practical, real-world therapy that builds confidence behind the wheel.
One-on-one therapy tailored to individual goals. Whether for a child developing language or an adult recovering from injury, sessions are designed around real needs and meaningful outcomes.
About
Based in Augusta, Maine, I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with extensive experience working across school, driving, and private settings. My practice is grounded in the belief that every person — regardless of age or background — deserves the opportunity to communicate with clarity and confidence.
I hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and bring a collaborative, client-centered approach to every session. Whether working with a child who is just beginning to speak or an adult rebuilding communication after an injury, the focus is always on what matters most to the person in front of me.

How I Work
Every journey begins with understanding. I conduct thorough evaluations to identify strengths, challenges, and the specific communication goals that matter most.
Therapy plans are built collaboratively — aligned with the client's life, routine, and priorities. No generic programs; only strategies that fit the person.
Sessions are adjusted as goals are met and new needs emerge. Regular check-ins with families, schools, and referring providers keep everyone on the same page.
